Anal Sex Step 1 - Before to Start:

Annus is a muscular sphincter and tends to offer resistance, so it needs to be relaxed. It doesn't lubricate itself, unlike the vagina, and a cream or a non irritating gel should be used for practice anal sex, so much as on the penis, finger as in the anus.

Anal Sex Step 2 - Penetration.:

-Make the anal sex penetration carefully and gradually - is better to expand annus first with a finger before introducing the penis.

-Pull penis out if your partner complains of pain that she/he doesn't bear or if there is strong resistance, or even if she/he does not seem to enjoy it. In this case go back to Step 1

-Use always a condom, since the rectal mucous is a virus and bacteria easy route of entrance.

- Never make a vaginal penetration after the anal , since the danger to contaminate the vagina with bacterial flora of the rectum. If you are using a condom, change it, in case of not using it, clean up very careful the pennies before start the vagina intercourse.

- Never penetrate without your partner’s consent . Sometimes there are resistance or refusals in doing so because of pain, others by moral or religious faith, or simply isn't pleasant.
